Sean and Kim Miller, two kids trying to reach their dreams in a big world. Sean wants to be a firefighter, and I, Kim, want to be a veterinarian. Yet, ultimately, we want to bring glory to our Lord Jesus Christ, and follow in His will for us, whatever that may be.

Summer Class and Dr. J
Woot! I love having 1st priority registration! I have not had any trouble getting classes the last couple semesters, although I still get anxious when it is almost time to hit that register button.
Spanish will be my only class this summer. I need to take it to complete my IGETC certification, but I also have a great desire to learn more Spanish. I know very little, just enough to frustrate myself. I was hoping to have my Uncle Larry here to help me through, but he is going down to Mexico with his family for SEVEN WEEKS! Lucky them! I wish we could house sit for them like we did when Sean and I first were married. That was one of the greatest months of my life, being up north with our "own" house and a car and able to spend so much time with everyone. Stinkin' summer class. Oh well, maybe next year. :)
(I am not taking a class with Dr. Jordan this semester, so I just pulled this picture off the college's website.)
Dr. Jordan is the professor I took last semester for pre-calculus. He is crazy! Reminded me of Mr. Wilson, my crazy awesome high school English teacher. Let me tell you, having a crazy professor is perfect when you have an 8am class every day, I don't know if I could have managed if he had been quiet or reserved like some of my other math profs. For his professor gift last semester, he got a framed picture of "Dr. Jordan's Dance Moves", with a stick figure acting out various math functions. He thought it was awesome. :)

If these things are added to the base pay, the estimate total of a firefighter’s salary is $43,074 per annum. Work experience is also a big factor in one’s yearly income as a firefighter. http://techniciansalary.net/firefighter-salary/. Click here
